Let's Do This!

Hi. :) I have wanted to do this for a while, but just couldn't keep myself motivated enough to succeed. I don't have a goal weight, I wanna be fit, not skinny. I promote only healthy weight loss, if you want unhealthy ways to lose weight, look elsewhere. And for me, its not so much about losing weight, it's more about toning up.

When you’re working out and you are about to give up, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and remember why you are doing this. Imagine how good you will feel when you have your dream body, or even better: think about how great you will feel after your workout! How good will you feel afterwords if you keep pushing now and don’t give up compared to how bad you’ll feel if you do give up. It’s okay to take it slow but do not give up. It doesn’t matter how long it takes you, how slow you take it as long as you just finnish what you started!

Discipline is doing something when you don’t want to.

Solely because you promised yourself. Because you’re sacrificing the now for the later. For the results you want to have. I’m going on my run. It is midnight. It still counts.

I’m trying to keep the promises I make to myself. Because my dreams are worth it. Because they’re not stupid or unattainable. They’re real, and they’re important, and all I need is the discipline.

Screw you, laziness and self defeat.
